HVAC Products, Antifreeze, and LTL Shipments do not qualify for free shipping. Free shipping does not apply to additional items added to orders that have already shipped. If shipping to a residence, FedEx does not require a signature and may leave your shipment at the driver's discretion. US Hardware Supply cannot be held liable if shipments are stolen from your location.

Ensure Same Day Shipping on Orders
All orders will be shipped on the date of purchase if placed before 3:30pm EST/12:30pm PST. Orders placed after this time may not ship until the next business day.
Packages shipped via FedEx comes with FedEx insurance of $100 in case something is lost or damaged during transit. Many times packages are sent out with over $100 of goods, so if you wish to purchase additional insurance from FedEx please call us at 877-379-8747. Contact FedEx directly for claims.
As of 2018, the FedEx Address Correction Fee is $15 per package.
Some products require LTL Shipping. LTL Shipping does NOT qualify for free shipping or discounts. LTL Shipments will include a lift-gate if requested.
Inspect your shipment before signing the freight Bill Of Lading (BOL).
Your signature constitutes acceptance of the merchandise as is. If you do not inspect the merchandise before signing you are responsible for the merchandise and waive your right to collect on a damage claim.
If you discovered damage: if anything is visibly damaged, refuse the delivery and contact US Hardware Supply immediately we can follow-up on our end to assist with any required return procedures.
If you discovered hidden damage: firstly, we strongly recommend inspecting the entire shipment prior to signing the delivery receipt. However, if you, the consignee, or your representative sign for the shipment, and then at a later time discover damage then a claim will need to be filed by you, the consignee, against the freight company (a shipment is the property of you, the consignee, once it is loaded onto a freight truck).
If you have discovered hidden damage after signing for the merchandise, it is vital that you immediately document and photograph (if possible) the packaging and the damage. Keep the packaging, do not discard it. Do not move the item. Call the freight company and report the damage. The freight company will begin a "concealed damage claim" and ask for an inspection. Please also notify us so that we are aware of the situation.
