Torque jack is a high torque gear box that replaces the common “S” handle found on most construction trailers. Torque jack works on most square jack equipped trailers, and is designed for single jack trailers.
Torque jack can be used manually but is designed to be operated with a cordless drill. Simply attach a cordless drill with a 14mm socket and pull the trigger for fast and easy jack operation.
Please DO NOT use an impact with your torque jack. It is designed to be used with a high powered (1,000 inch lbs of torque) drill. Great drill options would be a 1/2" DeWalt DCD996, DCD999 or the Milwaukee 2803. Torque Jack requires rotational torque, not hitting torque. The gear set is a worm / slave and reacts much more favorably to twisting torque vs hitting torque.
You want a drill with at least 1,000 inch lbs of torque - this is VERY important!
